My mother instructs that drinking a large glass of water before any meal will make you more aware of what you eat. She regularly drinks water now, and as a result drinks very little coffee.

I'm working on a new portfolio at the moment, to pursue some more commercial illustration ends. I really want to do illustrations for some evil mega-corporation like ASDA or WAITROSE. All the work doesn't really fit with anything I've made before, so please let me know what you think when its finally here!
